What we collect
- Registration details submitted through our sign-up form (hosted by Google Forms): player name and age, parent or guardian name, email, phone number, and any notes you provide.
- Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe when you pay for a camp. We do not see or store your full card details.
Children's information
Our camps and clinics are for youth players. Registration is completed by a parent or guardian, who provides and consents to the collection of their child's information for the purpose of running the camp.
How we use it
- To register players, run the camps and clinics, and communicate with you about them.
- To process payment and issue confirmations or refunds.
- To contact you about future camps only if you've asked us to.
Who we share it with
We use trusted third-party services to run the site and registrations: Google (forms), Stripe (payments), and our website host. We do not sell your information, and we don't share it beyond what's needed to run the camps.
Photos and video
Camps may be photographed or filmed for promotional use. If you'd prefer your child not appear in any photos or video, let us know in writing before the camp and we'll honor it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've provided at any time by emailing r8futboltraining@gmail.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
