These terms cover registering and paying for camps and clinics run by R8 Training / Roro López. By registering a player, the parent or guardian agrees to the following. Questions? Email r8futboltraining@gmail.com.

Registration and payment

A spot is confirmed once registration is completed and payment is received. Registration is handled through a sign-up form and payment through Stripe. Spots may be limited and are filled on a first-come basis.

Refunds and cancellations

[Set your policy here, for example: full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before the camp; 50% within 7 days; no refund once the camp begins. If we cancel a camp, you'll receive a full refund.]

Participation and safety

Soccer camps involve physical activity and carry inherent risks. Parents or guardians confirm their child is healthy enough to participate. A separate waiver and emergency-contact form may be required at or before check-in.

Photo and media release

Camps may be photographed or filmed for promotional use. See our Privacy Policy for how to opt out.

Conduct

We want every player to have a safe, positive experience. We may remove a participant for behavior that endangers or seriously disrupts others, without refund.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, R8 Training / Roro López is not liable for injuries or losses beyond the amount paid for the camp. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under California law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
